Year 8 HPV Vaccinations (1st dose)
The Year 8 HPV vaccinations will be happening in school on Friday 25th June (in the Interactive Theatre). Consent forms will be handed out in tutorial this week (w/c 7th June) The forms are to be completed and returned to school by Wednesday 16th June. Completed forms should be returned to Tutors or handed into Reception. All forms need to be returned, even if the student is opting out of the vaccination.
